Apprentice Opportunity—Level 3 IT

Technical Sales Person

Grey Matter specialise in software licensing and IT Services, working with some of the biggest names in IT, such as Intel® and Microsoft. We are looking for an Apprentice to join us in the role of IT Tech Salesperson. As part of the team you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support, practical work assessments, and assignments.

This is an office based role, where you’ll be working with our sales teams and with customers on Microsoft Cloud solutions. You’ll support the cloud and licensing specialist and team leader in their roles, and help with quotations.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm to learn and really take ownership of this role. This role is ideal if you have ambitions to work in IT, and want to accelerate you learning and career.

Cloud and Infrastructure Support Engineer

Cloud technologies are huge for Grey Matter, and more importantly for our customers. We partner with some of the world’s largest cloud players and in order to support our rapid growth in cloud services, we are looking for a Cloud and Infrastructure Support Engineer.

It goes without saying that you will have a background in cloud technologies and be a Microsoft Certified Professional. It would be even better if you also have Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCSE) / Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification.

This is a juicy and diverse role for the sort of person that is driven to achieve amazing things for their customers and wants to grow their knowledge in cloud and infrastructure technology. The paths of progression in this role are huge.
