Head of Sales
Businesses run better when they have the right IT support in place. Grey Matter exists to help businesses and independent software vendors to do more with their IT—whether that is to scale their business, drive down costs or be more productive. We help developers develop better applications, and they trust us to provide them with the right tools and the right development environment to hit their project goals.
Our customers are the most important stakeholder in our business. Grey Matter has grown hugely over the past few years and there are exciting times ahead for us. What we need now is someone to help us accelerate that growth, a Head of Sales that can lead and inspire our sales floor and also inspire our customers, to do more.
It goes without saying that you will have experience of managing sales teams—perhaps with previous experience within the software industry. A track record of driving growth is essential, as is the ability to develop effective sales processes and developing a great ethos so our account managers and sales people can thrive in a culture of support and enablement.
We can promise one thing—you will be joining the company at a very exciting time in its growth. We partner with some of the world’s largest, and most exciting, software companies, and the opportunities to grow Grey Matter are huge. You won’t be doing this alone though.
