Product Information
Bing Maps (formerly Microsoft Virtual Earth) can help create powerful applications that can visualise and analyse your location data. Select from a variety of mapping imagery including Bird's Eye View, Aerial and 3D imagery and overlay shapes, walking directions, driving directions and more. Bing Maps comes with comprehensive Geocoding and reverse Geocoding support, localised maps and directions and is backed by a powerful Web Services model and enterprise-level support.
Microsoft Gold Partner Grey Matter has launched a scheme to assist Bing Maps for Enterprise partners and resellers with their licensing requirements. Jennifer Forsythe, Partner Manager EMEA for the Bing Maps team said 'Grey Matter’s investment in the training and systems required to license our mapping products correctly will allow our ISV’s and developers to profit from their Bing Maps sales, but focus on what they do best: building the next generation of mapping applications and inspiring our customers to adopt and realise the amazing business benefits that we are now able to deliver'.
