Sybase SQL Anywhere is a high-performance, remote-enabled database for applications that operate outside the traditional data center. It features a self-tuning query optimiser, encryption capabilities, graphical database schema design, management and query editing tools and much more. SQL Anywhere supports a range of interfaces including ADO.NET, OLE DB and ODBC, a range of programming languages including C#, VB.NET, C/C++ and Java, and runs on a variety of operating systems. The powerful data synchronisation features provide robust synchronisation between remote systems and enterprise Microsoft, Oracle, MySQL and IBM databases.

High Performance
A self-tuning query optimiser and dynamic cache sizing features help deliver high performance. SQL Anywhere can handle 20,000 transactions a minute, thousands of users and hundreds of gigabytes of data.
Powerful synchronisation
Enterprise-class synchronisation features provide data synchronisation between remote and enterprise systems including Sybase, Microsoft, Oracle, MySQL and IBM databases.
