Parasoft Concerto - Policy Center

Convert expectations into measurable tasks and ensure process consistency by adapting to changing market trends and customer demands. Management expectations are set by defining what practices are required as well as when and how to apply them. Related tasks are then seamlessly integrated throughout the SDLC and unobtrusively monitored for compliance.

For example, assume that management wants to implement a policy for developing secure code. Policy Center can turn on the tasks of peer code review, pattern-based static analysis, and flow-based static analysis and then parameterise those tasks against specific standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, OWASP, HIPAA, or customised rules etc.). Parasoft Concerto then measures and reports to a vast array of management expectations and development tasks, delivering real-time policy compliance data.

Parasoft Concerto - Process Center

Process Center is what drives the business processes and governs workflow. It enforces policy and task completion. Process Center helps users configure workflows for achieving compliance versus defined policies. It allows organisations to seamlessly integrate required tasks and/or reviews into the SDLC, delivering a measurable baseline for continuous process improvement.

Parasoft Concerto - Project Center

Manage tasks using the Project Center. Parasoft's solution is designed to simplify and enhance project planning, process monitoring, and team participation by grouping project requirements, defects/enhancements, and tasks into a single system. It integrates with most bug tracking systems (BTS), requirement management systems (RMS), and Microsoft Project to enhance functionality and make associations between components.

The Project Center assists managers to plan projects, track progress of those projects, and analyse completed projects in order to continuously improve SDLC processes. It provides developers with an exact plan of attack. They know the overall project goal, their own tasks to complete to help achieve that goal, and the deadline for each task and it provides QA teams with development progress and the implementation status of project artifacts (requirements, tasks, defects/enhancements) so they know what's ready for testing.

Parasoft Concerto - Test Center

Add Parasoft's testing products (including Jtest, C++test and SOAtest) and get end-to-end quality and visibility. Parasoft Test Center runs in the background without disrupting developers' and testers' normal workflow - unless their actions fail to align with policy expectations. Desktop tools also enable team members to interactively validate compliance on-demand prior to check-in. With direct correlations from test results to policy and functional requirements, you gain an objective evaluation of how well development tasks are satisfying your specific expectations. Moreover, records of both automated and manual tests efforts are aggregated to facilitate audits.

Parasoft Concerto - Report Center

Monitor compliance and get maximum visibility into and control of the software development process. The Report Center supports a repository of software development metrics that enable process improvement and combines and delivers development data from multiple sources to allow for objective decision-making by various user roles.
