New Mobile Capabilities
With the new Office Web Apps, you can view and edit PowerPoint documents using just your browser. And with PowerPoint Mobile 2010 you can view and make edits to documents on your Windows Mobile device.
Co-authoring
Completely new co-authoring functionality enables multiple individuals to collaborate on PowerPoint 2010 documents, in real-time. Each individual can see who is working on the document and start a conversation with them. All modifications are highlighted to make version control even easier.
New Web View
Show PowerPoint presentations to anyone, anywhere in the world, by simply emailing them a URL. The recipients do not even require PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer to view the presentation. Alternatively record your presentation to a video and share it via email, the Web or DVD's.
New Video Tools
Embed videos directly into PowerPoint slides and add playback controls, bookmarks to jump to specific points and add video effects to the player such as reflections, bevels and 3D rotations to capture the audience's attention.
Enhanced Photo Tools and SmartArt
Easily crop, pan and zoom photos and preview changes before they're made. Tweak colours and brightness, add captions and more. Even add artistic filters such as blur, paintbrush and watercolour.
Use the new SmartArt graphics to easily convert bullet point text lists into appealing organisational charts, lists, diagrams and more.
New Backstage View
The new Backstage view available from the Office Ribbon UI provides logical access to functions related to the maintenance and administration of your PowerPoint files. It's completely extensible so Office developers can add functionality that integrates with your own back-office systems.

Organise slides into logical slide groups to help you manage larger presentations, work on multiple presentations and use multiple monitors more easily be opening separate PowerPoint presentations in separate windows, add new transitions and animation effects and more.
