Monarch Pro is a Windows-based business intelligence and reporting tool that is easy to use — even if you’re not a 'power user'. Unlike traditional data mining tools, Monarch Pro easily mines data from existing text-based, PDF or XPS reports. It also lets you access and analyse data from database files, spreadsheets, ODBC sources, delimited text, and HTML files.

• 64-bit edition - Monarch 64-bit edition, which works with Office 2010 64-bit, takes advantage of the virtual and physical memory offered by 64-bit systems.
• Increased size of internal database - Monarch's internal database size has been increased to allow you to work and process more data - over 16 million rows
• Support for XML as export output - Monarch now supports XML as an export output format, using fixed internal schemas. The schemas have been kept as simple as possible to allow easy import into other systems as well as transformation via XSLT.
• Display multiple summaries on the work area - display multiple summaries on screen at the same time, even over multiple monitors.
• Summaries can now be displayed in standard or hierarchical mode - hierarchical views allow you to collapse, at individual key levels, a Summary with multiple keys.
• Monarch Ribbon replaces the menu - the ribbon is the modern way to help you find, understand, and use commands efficiently and directly—with a minimum number of clicks. The ribbon groups all the commands for each of the documents you work with: reports, table, and summaries.
• Document explorer shows all documents at-a-Glance - the document explorer provides an interface to easily view and access all reports, tables, summaries and charts.
• Document tabs make switching among documents and views easier - all documents now have their own tabs on the Monarch work area and you can easily switch between them
• Floatable/dockable documents and enhanced monitor support make working with multiple documents easier - you can now float a document out of the Monarch work area, and move it out to a separate area, such as an extended monitor.
• Improved search interface - the new search interface allows you to search all open documents (reports, tables, and summaries). You may even search through reports that are not currently open.
• Charts have been enhanced, with more options for styling and viewing - charts now have a superior appearance, with more options for styling and multiple charts can now be viewed on a single window.
• Filter order preserved on all filters exports - when performing filter exports, the order is now dictated by the position of the filters in the filters collection, where filters can be moved up and down in the list.
• Live field list makes tweaking models properties easier and quicker - as you make changes in the field list, they are reflected immediately in the table.
