Customise the Optimisation Output
See what's going to be removed from the assembly before it is actually removed. You can also manually 'Pin' some elements to keep them after the optimisation process.

XapOptimizer has the ability to automatically create a back up version of the file to be optimised.

XapOptimizer is licensed the same way that the other ComponentOne development tools are licensed, which is per developer. Every Silverlight developer that would use this utility would need to purchase a license. XapOptimizer is a stand-alone utility; it is not included with Studio for Silverlight or Studio Enterprise.
