PGP Subscription Licenses entitle the customer to use the designated PGP software during the subscription period designated on the order, typically one (1) year. Customers choosing Subscription Licenses receive the current version of PGP software and all Updates and Upgrades to the licensed software during the subscription period. Subscription Licenses are available for all new PGP Desktop Professional; PGP Universal Series 100, 200, 500; and PGP Command Line products.
PGP Perpetual License with Software Insurance entitles the customer to use the designated PGP software indefinitely, plus receive all Updates and Upgrades to the licensed software during the valid Software Insurance period; Software Insurance must be renewed annually. Perpetual License with Software Insurance is available for all new PGP Desktop Professional; PGP Universal Series 100, 200, 500; and PGP Command Line products.
PGP Software Insurance License Renewal entitles a customer with a Perpetual License with expiring Software Insurance to continue to receive Software Updates and Software Upgrades during the term of the renewed Software Insurance, typically one (1) year.
