VMware new products announcements

At VMworld 2016, VMware introduced everyone to the development of their hybrid cloud strategy which aims to provide you with cloud freedom and control. This new strategy brought a variety of product announcements and enhancements.
VMware unveilled the new VMware Cross-Cloud Architecture that enables you to run, manage, connect and secure your applications across clouds and devices in a common operating environment.
The VMware Cloud Foundation that was also announced at VMworld is a unified Software-Defined Data Centre platform that brings a range of VMware solutions together into a an integrated stack in order to deliver enterprise-level cloud infrastructure for private and public cloud.
Other announcements include the vRealize Network Insight which provides you with smart operations for software-defined networking and security; there is also the Hybrid DMZ Reference Designs for vCloud Air that enables you to build and maintain common security and networking architectures in the public cloud whilst being aligned with your on-premises environments, plus it provides enhanced security and isolation for your off-premises workloads.
In addition,VMware has made enhancements to VMware Horizon and VMware Workspace ONE with VMware Identity Manager which VMware Identity Manager that aims to support the increasing mobile workforce and the demand for access to application from any device, anytime.
The VMware Integrated OpenStack 3.0‘s new feature and enhancements include the ability to leverage your existing workloads in the OpenStack cloud as well as optimised management control plane architecture.
