The eMailSignature family has various modules to cover standardisation of email signatures, fonts, marketing campaigns & Active Directory information. The main modules are listed below and are all access from the main Cockpit of the software:

STANDARDISATION MODULE: ensures that all users email signatures conform to the standard laid out centrally by IT or Marketing. Different teams or divisions within companies can have different signatures if requires and company logos and fonts can be used to re-enforce the corporate brand.

CAMPAIGN MODULE: enables you to add a marketing message to all outgoing emails to educate the recipients or encourage them to follow weblinks through to news or events on your website. This module has been used to promote Customer Case Studies, Newsletter Sign-up, Exhibition, Awards Won, New Products, Company News, Special Offers. Marketing messages can be scheduled and attached to signatures in 3 different ways: Campaign attached to a signature or ... Campaign attached to signatures based on AD group belonging or ... Randomly

vCard MODULE: enables you to automatically create multiple VCF-files (known as Business Cards in Outlook 2007) based on users contact details in Active Directory. You create a link to the business card from within your email signature which will be transferred to your web site automatically.
The recipients will always have your current contact details with no attachment to the email

ADUpdate MODULE: module will quickly get your Active Directory information up to date by enabling users to administer their own record & details by way of a pop up screen. In the Cockpit you determine which fields you want users to update & you can either force all users to verify their information at first logon - or periodically as you feel necessary ---

DISCLAIMER MODULE: This enables a Disclaimer to be added to all emails - either a single, standard disclaimer for the company or if required, departmental disclaimers can be added reflecting the differing job functions.

The product is licensed for the total number of mail boxes in a company. There is no additional cost for installation of the product onto multiple servers.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 2003 Server.
Microsoft Outlook: Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, all language versions
Outlook Web Access: .Net version 2 or higher required for OWA to work
Lotus Notes: At least Notes version 6.5

Active Directory 2000 and 2003
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005
ORACLE version 7.3 or higher
Any data source with support for OLEDB and ODBC data sources
