Hi-Tech C for 68HC05 [7.8x]

Freescale Semiconductor's M68HC05 family microcontrollers are low-power 8-bit devices which have fully static operation and come with a variety of on-board peripherals and internal memory configurations. The 68HC05 has a flat memory space and can address up to 64K.
