• Minimum Order Quantity is set as 25 licences and for additional licences the lower of 25 or 10% of the existing number of licences held.

• Additional Licences may be acquired at any time however these licences orders must also include a support and maintenance contract order to co-terminate with the existing support and maintenance contract date .

• Product upgrade pricing will be calculated at a 10% surcharge on the Upgraded Product price, plus the variance between the current Product Price and the Upgraded Product price.

• Cumulative pricing is only available if the User holds a valid Support and Maintenance contract.

• Subscription options are defined as the right to use the software for the specified term and all subscription prices include all required contractual charges for the duration of the subscription term.

• All Subscription contracts may be upgraded to a full product Licence by paying the full Product list price less a 50% credit for the Subscription fees paid relating to the current Subscription period. This upgrade must be exercised prior to the expiry of the current Subscription period.

• Subscription term begins on the date the key is issued by Centennial Software and runs for the duration of the purchased term.
• Product must be removed from system at end of Subscription period.
• Cumulative pricing not available for Subscriptions.

Server Operating Systems
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Server, Advanced Server, DataCenter Server and Small Business Server SP4 + updates Microsoft Windows 2003 Server Standard, Server Enterprise and Small Business Server Premium Edition SP1 + updates IIS 5 or 6 is required for secure data transfer.

LANProbe Requirements
LANProbe operates over an IPv4 ethernet network on x86 installations of Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003

Supported Databases
Discovery 2006 may be used in conjunction with either Microsoft SQL 2000 (MSDE, Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition and 64-bit for Itanium Edition) or Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ( Express, Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition).

In the event of using SQL 2000, Centennial advise that the appropriate MS SQL 2000 is on a Per Processor basis. A Processor license includes access for an unlimited number of devices or users to connect from either inside the corporate LAN or WAN or outside the firewall. Centennial Discovery Web Edition
Supported platform and system requirements for Centennial Discovery Web Edition are the same as for Centennial Discovery with the following additions:
