BCL SECPublisher is a document conversion tool that formats documents so that they may be submitted to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system used by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Its output can also be utilized to meet Sarbane-Oxley requirement.

BCL SECPublisher reduces filing time by up to 95% (compared to manual processing) and allows you to submit any document to the SEC regardless of its original file format. Just as any document can be converted to PDF, SECPublisher will generate SEC compliant HTML 3.2, or RTF. The original layout of the document is preserved, complete with graphics, tables, text, lines, hyperlinks, and bookmarks. Once the conversion is complete, all you need to do is submit your output to EDGAR!
