The GridWiz suite of products is a full featured set of generic and application specific components which can be used in a number of different development environments ranging from Visual C++ to Visual Basic, to Internet HTML authoring. The benefits of using the GridWiz components include small code size, single code base, plus a rich set of properties and features which allow you to build unique user interface solutions. GridWiz maintains a small footprint by using a single flexible code base for the many different control types it offers. Additionally, GridWiz provides generous event notifications and callbacks to allow the application designer to customise control behavior in any container. The GridWiz ActiveX controls (formerly called OCX) have been highly optimized for usage on the Internet and with Microsofts Internet Information Server.

MFC Extension Plus
GridWiz is an extension to the MFC class library and fits seamlessly into existing MFC applications. The GridWiz class library is architected to provide maximum flexibility through overrideable virtual functions, as well as direct access to more than a hundred properties and methods.

GridWiz Class Library and ActiveX provide you with over a hundred properties which you can set to give you just the "right" look and feel. Properties can be set on several levels. These levels include: Grid Global, Sheet, Row(s), Column(s), Range, and Cell. The settings at the Grid Global level apply to new sheets which are created programmatically or dynamically by the user. Sheet level settings apply to all cells on a given sheet. The other levels allow you to efficiently target different areas of a sheet. NOTE! All properties can be accessed from anywhere, i.e you can access properties down to the cell level on any sheet without having to actually be on that particular sheet.
