Araxis Ketura, available for Windows and Mac OS X (Intel and PowerPC) provides a powerful, easy-to-use project management and issue (bug/defect) tracking system. With Araxis Ketura you can organise your work, track time, manage customer requests and other work issues. Plus Ketura optionally integrates with Perforce, Subversion and Araxis Merge to provide flexible and comprehensive change management solutions. Ketura is easy to install and use and so is suitable for large and small teams, or even individuals who wish to manage their work effectively.

  • Operating system - Mac OS X v10.6.4 Snow Leopard (32-bit and 64-bit), Mac OS X v10.5.8 Leopard (32-bit and 64-bit, Intel or PowerPC), Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows Vista SP2 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows XP Professional SP3, Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows Server 2008 is also supported and expected to work.
  • RAM - It is recommended that Ketura servers have at least 1.5 GB of RAM.
  • Processor - Although slower processors will work, a 2 GHz or faster processor is recommended.
  • Disk space - 1 GB should be allowed for a typical sized Ketura system, including database.
  • Database - Ketura comes with its own, built-in, database. This is recommended for most customers. SQL Server 2005 database optional.

Client System Requirements

  • To access a Ketura server from a client computer, you need a modern web browser that supports web standards reasonably well.
  • A high-colour display mode (thousands or millions of colours) with a resolution of 1024 × 768 or greater is strongly recommended.
  • Ketura makes extensive use of JavaScript to make its pages easier to use.
  • Ketura also makes use of cookies, which are small pieces of information that Ketura asks your web browser to remember.
