Rating
TeleCount includes a flexible and yet robust real-time rating engine which is able to support a large number of rating plans for multiple service types such as voice, data and content. The rating engine supports use of various parameters including: duration, bandwidth, access count, Quality of Service, etc. Special rates can be assigned for peak/off peak hours, weekends, holidays, and various other rule-based scenarios. The rating engine supports multiple time zones and multiple currencies to provide flexible rating for various situations.

Prepaid Billing
TeleCount Billing includes an extremely flexible real-time prepaid engine. Prepaid services provide minimal billing and collection expenses with guaranteed payment thereby representing a low cost and low risk endeavor for service providers. TeleCount Billing's prepaid support includes support for disposable and rechargeable calling cards with calling card batch and lot management allowing customized rating and billing profiles to support promotion packages, etc.

Post-paid Billing
TeleCount Billing includes convergent billing support for various types of services including voice, data, and content. Support for post-paid customers include those with unlimited credit and those with limited credit including the ability to disable an account real-time when the credit limit is reached. Invoices are generated automatically on a specified billing interval that can be customized by account or account group. Invoices can be delivered via email, customer web portal, or can be printed for standard mailing. TeleCount also supports a variety of payment methods including manual (cash, check, credit card) and automatic (credit card) payment types.

Customer Care
TeleCount's web-based self-care system provides customizable and brandable web interfaces for customers, agents, and customer service representatives (CSRs). Customers can reliably and securely sign up for service, recharge prepaid calling cards, pay bills on-line, check account balance, print invoices, and view and print a variety of reports. CSRs have those same capabilities plus the ability to update customer details, record payments, adjust services, and perform any billing operation. All access for customers, agents, and CSRs is strictly controlled through security profiles that can be customized to restrict access as appropriate.
