Business Information Server (BIS) enables you to monitor the on-line information a Company needs, including Wire Services, Company and Government websites, specialist industry newsletters and magazines, national and international newspapers and publications, and many more. The BIS automatically searches Internet and Intranet sites for changes in information and content, displaying summaries of the content in an easy-to-read format. The multi-user environment is ideal for corporate use. As each site is updated the BIS informs you that the new information is available. The server harvests information from: the Internet, Company Intranets, Company files and documents, e-mail account. The server generates user-defined information feeds, eg: for Management, Engineering, Sales, etc Users are given access to these feeds they need. Business Information Server 1.4 150-User Licence enables 150 computers on a company network to access feeds generated by the BIS Server.
