SureCleanse has been developed to make sure users of leading CRM systems benefit from the very highest quality data. SureCleanse is designed to work with ACT!, Goldmine and SalesLogix to improve data accuracy, by ensuring underlying databases are duplicate free. It connects directly to your applications database, avoiding the error-prone process of exporting and re-importing. SureCleanse preserves the relational integrity and synchronisation streams of CRM products, through merging, re-assigning or synchronising to remote systems. It works with the internal cleaning functionality of Goldmine and SalesLogix and with the ACT! Database Deduplication Wizard to combine duplicate identification and merging, thus creating single unique contacts.
SureCleanse Server/Developer Licence, ACT! Application, is available to users of ACT! who require a single-Developer licence to identify duplicate records in the CRM system. SureCleanse requires a single licence per application database server. It connects directly to the CRM system’s master database: all data removed will synchronize to its respective remote systems.
