ACL Reporter Updater for Lotus Domino is an ACL Administration Security Tool. The tool is platform-independent and provides security management for enterprise-wide Lotus Domino networks. Access Control Lists can be easily and quickly managed across all or selected databases on multiple servers. It allows a Domino administrator to create a Domino database as the user interface and easily generate a report or update detailed ACL information across all or selected databases on single or multiple servers. The report can quickly identify faulty ACL's including misspellings, improper access, and users who are no longer employed at the company. This central repository database is ideal for collecting ACL information for all HUB servers in an environment, and can be installed on any server or workstation. The Domino administrator can allow various department application administrators to access this database for security monitoring. Domino Directory groups can be expanded several levels for troubleshooting. ACL information can be added, renamed, or removed across all or selected databases on single or multiple servers. Reports can be generated immediately or scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly.

Please Note:
  • The software is designed to be installed on 1 server which allows the end user to report on any server database on the network. Some companies have offices in other states or countries which usually requires another server installation for optimum performance and connectivity. In this case, additional server licenses are required. Each server license supports a maximum of 500 people.


    • ACL Reporter Updater Three Server License, Electronic, 3.6 is available to new users who require a three server licence and wish to download the software, via internet email.
    • This product is delivered electronically (via internet email) and includes electronic installation instructions, license agreement and online manual.
