Features such as formatted letters, faxes, e-mails, appointments, memos, call reports, expenses, invoices and mailshots are one click away and exportable to Word documents or formatted reports and a default e-mail program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange) or Excel.
Response can be used on a stand alone PC for a single user in a small office or across a network where up to 15 users can be linked and access the application simultaneously. For users who are going to be on the road, but would like to take their company data with them on their laptops, Response offers the ability to have them synchronise their entries on their local copy with the main database or backup to a CD automatically.
All information is interlinked by company, contact, date, author and project/category in a relational database-enabling rapid, flexible and straightforward management of nearly all common office tasks.
