Corporate Edition Add-on
The Corporate Edition add-on is designed to give companies using Zetafax Business Edition access to powerful features available in the Corporate Edition without the cost of buying a corporate license. These include support for Exchange 2000/2003 clusters, Windows 2000/2003 child domains and Least Cost Routing (LCR).
API Toolkit Add-on
The API Toolkit allows Zetafax to be integrated with specialised or in-house software. Users can then send custom, professional looking fax documents directly from the applications they use daily with no need for additional training, saving time. Integration can be achieved via submit files, embedded addressing, DDE commands and C/COM libraries.
Document Conversion Add-on
This add-on allows more than 250 document formats to be converted to fax TIFF format. It also increases conversion speed which reduces outbound queue length and eliminates document delivery delays. In addition, there is no need to install the authoring application on the Zetafax server.
SMS Gateway Add-on
Communicate directly with new prospects and existing customers wherever they are with the Zetafax SMS Gateway add-on. Sending SMS text messages from PC to mobile handsets is a quick and cost effective method of communication and allows accurate targeting. It can be used to notify customers about promotions, approaching contract deadlines or to broadcast important messages to employees, such as schedule changes.
Zetafax Link for eCopy ShareScan OP
The Zetafax Link for eCopy ShareScan OP integrates with eCopy's ShareScan OP software allowing users to fax paper documents directly from multi-function devices (MFPs).
Faxes sent from MFPs are automatically associated with the users email application, allowing instant archiving and resubmission in case of failure. Other features include automatic coversheet creation and status notification ensuring faxes always look professional and are delivered promptly.
The result is an MFP that's as simple to use as a fax machine, but with the advanced features of a true network fax solution.
Additional Lines and Channels
Zetafax supports two fax lines as standard. Additional lines can be purchased to maximise throughput of incoming and outgoing faxes and ensure faxes are sent promptly without delay. One, two, four and unlimited additional line add-on packs can be purchased. One line for every twenty-five users is recommended.
