Roles & Permissions
SiteProtector now incorporates a user group and permissions model that is identical to standard OS permission models. This model allows for flexible user group creation and maintenance, as well as granular control of virtually all operations.
Asset Categorization
To help you prioritize asset analyses and security event reporting, SiteProtector now includes asset categorization fields in addition to the traditional identifiers. These fields include risk index, criticality, owner, inventory ID, and function among others. You can use these fields to help align the assets in your environment with the priorities of your business.
Ticketing Integration
SiteProtector now includes a vulnerability and incident ticketing system. This flexible tool enables you to easily track and measure the resolution of vulnerabilities and security incidents within SiteProtector, or with a standalone ticketing system such as Remedy.

Improved Licensing System
Proventia OneTrust Licensing is a new licensing system that will be phased into all current Internet Security Systems (ISS) products. OneTrust will change the way ISS licenses its technology, from a traditional key system to a company entitlement system. Automating the license administration process will dramatically reduce the amount of time needed to update keys, alleviating the risk of interruptions in network and system security.
Ahead of the Threat Protection
SiteProtector delivers "ahead of the threat" protection to your Internet Security Systems (ISS) sensors using ISS' Virtual Patch Technology.
