What is an Incident?
An incident is defined as the reasonable resolution of one support issue regardless of the amount of effort required to resolve the issue. Incident support is provided from level 1 support engineers during the standard hours of operation in your local geography. Incidents packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Support can be by phone (normal working hours though) or email. Incidents expire after 1 year even if not used.
