This enterprise version is designed for deployment across the organisation. It features full centralised administration capability, including key recovery.

Once installed, Encryption Plus Email will launch alongside Outlook. An icon in the Outlook toolbar allows you to turn the program on and off. When it's on, it will intercept each outgoing email every time you hit the Send button. A Send Options button gives you the choice of assigning a password and sending the email in encrypted form or sending without any encryption (without changing the email). If you choose to encrypt the message, Encryption Plus Email takes your message and any attachments, encrypts them, and bundles them into a self-extracting executable. The email is then sent along like any other message. When it's received, the recipient double-clicks the self-extracting file and enters the password. The original message and attachments are decrypted and restored to viewable form.
